本职位招聘的所有实验室工程师皆为安进制药项目团队专员，负责不同研究项目组，与安进生物制药科学家联合完成实验研究：

No.1——

• Extensive hands on experience with laboratory methodologies including, but not limited to FACS, qPCR, ELISA, Luminex, MSD, IHC and cell culture.
• The candidate is expected to be able to follow and contribute to experimental protocols to complete assignments with limited supervision, interpret and resolve technical issues in the area of expertise, effectively communicate analysis and results to supervisor and present in group setting, and draft technical reports.
• The candidate will participate in biomarker research as well as clinical study support and ensure the timely and quality data delivery. The successful candidate must be self-motivated in line with Amgen’s culture of innovation and pursuit of scientific excellence.

• Ability to focus on key issues and be result oriented.
• Industrial research experience in biomarker/translational medicine.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.

• Perform mammalian cell culture and stable cell line development.

• Develop biochemical or cell-based assays to support drug discovery.

• Implement experiments, analyze data, interpret and communicate results.

• Other biochemical or cell biology experiments (e.g. Western Blot, FACS, and Fluorescence Microscopy).

Basic Qualifications

• MS degree in Life Sciences with 1-2 years of related experience.

• Fluent in reading and writing English .

Preferred Qualifications

• Hand on experiences in molecular and cellular biology experiments, such as Western Blot, Elisa, cell culture, qPCR, and cell imaging techniques.

• Knowledge of cellular signaling transduction.

• Knowledge of cell-based assays (such as cAMP, FLIPR and reporter gene assay) is preferred.

• Fast learning, highly self-motivated, and collaborative.

• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
