Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, appropriately and courteously.
2. Obtain customer information accurately.
3. Make initial triage and appointment for customer timely and accurately, answer customers'inquiries.
4. Convey customers inquiries timely and accurately, coordinate relevant departments to solve customers’problems.
5. Comply with department rosters, schedules and regulations;

任职资格:

大专及以上学历;
College degree or above;

一年以上客户服务相关工作经验;
Owo year above customer service related working experience ;

有医疗、护理或在医院工作的相关经验者优先考虑;
Priority will be given to medical, nursing or relevant experience in the hospital ;

英语熟练,可作为工作语言;
Proficient English capability, TEM-4 or above;
