Job Scope: This position is responsible for the preparations and conducting of compound test prior to trials, mold setup, and trials for rubber prototyping within New Product Development (NPD) team. And will also be responsible for the maintenance of NPD tools and equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of molding press.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 主要职责：

• Performs material / compound testing. 进行原材料测试。
• Performs start-up and shut-down procedures for prototype presses. 进行样品阶段的启停程序。

- Carry out molding trials and provides feedback on trial results. 执行试模并提供反馈结果。
- Ensures safety and housekeeping standards/ regulations are being maintained.

确保维护安全及相关的标准/规章。
- Assists in the integration of new products and processes into manufacturing. 协助新产品和新工艺向生产线进行整合。

• Actively participate in 5S program by achieving and consistently maintaining 3S in personal work area. Participate in rotating 5S schedule as auditor for local facility and owner for local common areas. 积极参与5S并之中保持个人工作区域维持在3S. 并作为审核员参与到日常的5S审核计划中去。

Education, Experience, and Skills Required: 教育、经验及技能：
- Have some hands-on experience in rubber molding (both compression and injection molding). 有一定的橡胶成型经验（包括压缩成型和注塑成型）。
- Experience in rubber mold tool design is a plus. 有橡胶模具设计经验者优先。
- Possess analytical problem solving skills. 具备分析解决问题的能力。
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, IATF 16949 standards and approaches. 熟悉SPC、FMEA、IATF 16949标准和方法。
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel spreadsheet, Word documents etc). 熟练使用微软办公软件（Excel电子表格、Word文档等）。
