Job Description

Responsibilities:

Kitchen & Furniture

? Identify, Develop and Manage channel customers via various marketing strategies

? Provide account servicing to existing customers and further grow their businesses

? Meet aggressive sales targets for each customer or distributor

? Formulate and implement competitive strategies, product training and marketing.

? Initiate product marketing strategies & positioning to acquire market shares in accordance with

management's expectations

? Responsible for all aspects of account management from sales forecasting to new business development.

? Formulate, develop, implement and execute strategic business plans. Ensure effective implementation of

sales & marketing strategies

? Accountable for the successful specification work for the renovation jobs of Architecture and Design

Firms.

? Identify business opportunities and conduct feasibilities studies to manager


Requirements:


? Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines

? 5 years or above solid experience in Sales & Management

? Solid work ethic and strong time and project management skills

? Exposure in dealing with Architects, Interior Designers is highly desirable, strong relationship with

dealer network

? Experience in strategy formation and campaign management

? Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

? Team-player with excellent communication skills

? Experience launching a new brand will be highly appreciated

? Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented and having good problem solving skills with analytical mind

? Good business sense with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in written

and spoken English and Mandarin

? Immediate Available is highly preferred
