工作描述

• Provide tutoring for assigned individuals;
• 15 contact hours each week;
• Administer school-wide testing to generate data on student’s readiness for ACT/SAT/IELTS/TOEFL tests;
• Prepare and deliver a personalized SAT/ACT/IELTS/TOEFL program;
• Assess, track, and provide relevant and timely feedback on achievement (performance and growth), particularly those who are enrolled in the SAT/ACT /IELTS/TOEFL classes;
• Attend academic, departmental, and school meetings when required, and attend/deliver professional development sessions as directed;
• Satisfy extracurricular commitments as defined annually;
• Help to develop additional strategies for improving students’ performance in English classes;
• liaise with the English department in supporting students enrolled in the ESL program.;
• Be aware of your responsibility to safeguard the welfare of students you are responsible for and to be fully aware of the School Safeguarding Policy.
• Work from 7:45 to 4:30 every day. Additional hours for incentives outlined in the incentives section of this job description.
• Other duties as assigned.
