Job Responsibilities：
工作内容：
1.Responsible for the IELTS, TOEFL IBT teaching.
1 雅思、新托福的授课
2.To study the development trend of IELTS, TOEFL IBT according to the latest research, and summarize the scientific and effective response to the system.
2. 根据最近调查，研究雅思、新托福考试的发展趋势，总结科学有效的应对方式。
3.To teach students with an acceptable method, and to examine the students' learning outcomes constantly to improve the teaching process.
3. 选择适合学生个性的授课方式，定期检验学生学习成果，改进提高教学方式。
Job Requirements:
工作要求：
1.Solid knowledge of the English language, English TEM8 or equivalent level, undergraduate or bachelor degree or above;
1扎实的英语基础，英语专业八级或具有同等水平的本科及以上学历。
2.To be well understood ,good at study and finding discipline in the material;
2善于理解、学习、研究教材。
3.Standard Chinese and English pronunciation, and strong ability of language expression;
3中英文发音标准，具有较强的语言表达能力。
4.To control class in a appropriate way and perform very well ;
4 善于掌控课堂。
5.Good at mobilizing students’ enthusiasm with humor or passion and being welcome.
5 幽默、充满活力，善于激发、调动学生的学习热情。
6.Fond of teaching, full of serious and responsible to the student,with the personality charm;
6 热爱教育事业，对学生认真、负责，具有个人魅力
7.To learn about IELTS, TOEFL IBT well and acquaintance with examination content and process of related experience and study abroad experience are preferred.
7 了解雅思、托福考试内容和考试流程，具有海外学习经验者优先。
