1、根据节能法规、标准，对固定资产投资项目的能源利用是否科学合理进行分析评估，并编制节能评估文件或填写节能登记表。

2、包含但不限于对能源供应情况评估;项目建设方案节能评估；项目能源消耗和能效水平评估;节能措施评估以及提出存在的问题和建议等；

3、负责能评报告的编写工作。具备良好的报告撰写与讲解能力；

4、负责项目的现场调研和项目咨询工作；

5、负责相关能评阶段对内、对外的沟通和协调工作。

岗位要求：

1、具有较好的文字功底，一定的文字编辑、写作能力，具备良好的报告撰写与讲解能力；

2、综合素质较高，踏实诚实，能吃苦耐劳，有良具有较强的再学习能力各团队精神；

3、能熟练运用WORD、EXCEL、CAD等软件；

4、本科及以上学历，工科、经济专业，机械制造及自动化、机电一体化、电气工程、热能工程、化学工程、城乡规划等综合类专业；

5、具有扎实的专业基础知识，较强的文字处理能力，善于沟通，能熟练掌握计算机操作技能，有责任感及团队协作能力；

6、有注册咨询工程师（投资）、中（高）级职称，或有工咨询相关行业工作经验者优先。
