职位描述：

l 向潜在客户介绍华尔街英语课程

l 持续稳定地实现个人销售目标

l 通过团队合作实现由中心总监设定的销售目标，与同事和学员建立密切的关系，以达成销售和服务目标；

l 参加销售培训并做业务陈述，以便为潜在客户设计合适的课程，并按时完成个人目标

l 完善学员以及数据库的跟进，确保达成学员的学习目标

l 按时分析个人表现，开发个人和企业客户

l 参加例会和销售培训，确保完成每日销售报告。

职位要求：

l 大专以上学历，1年以上直接销售经验（有B2C销售经验优先）和/或客户服务经验

l 热爱销售，愿意挑战高薪

l 强烈的团队精神和出色的沟通能力

l 强烈的责任感与客户服务意识（可接受灵活的工作时间安排）

l 具备一定的英语听说能力

Essential Job Responsibilities：

l Introduce WSE courses to potential customers.

l Work as a team to achieve personal sales targets.

l Build strong relationships with colleagues and students to reach both sales and service objectives set by the Center Director.

l Attend sales trainings and execute sales presentations in order to design suitable courses for potential customers and achieve individual targets timely.

l Complete Consultant's student follow-up database to ensure learning objectives are reached.

l Analyze individual performance on time and build-up prospect, corporate clients.

l Attend regular meetings and sales trainings and ensure individual completion of Daily Sales Reports.

Requirements：

l College degree or above, 1 year or above direct sales experience (Ideally B2C) and/or customer service work experience.

l Love sales work, willing to challenge the high salary.

l Strong team spirit and good communication skills.

l High sense of responsibility and customer service mentality (flexible working schedule necessary).

l Have a good English listening and speaking skills.
