“菁英工程师”项目简介：

“Elite Engineer” is the most attractive project of the PIA Group’s training program, this project is mainly focus on fresh graduate student and 1-2 years working experiences student. The purpose of this project is through the globalization company PIA to give the engineer unique guidance in the automation industry, and after 2-3 years, these “Elite Engineers” will becoming most valuable talent and give PIA group strongly technical support.

“菁英工程师”是PIA Group 培训项目中针对应届毕业生及拥有1-2年工作经验的毕业生所设立的项目。其目的是通过PIA Group全球化的平台，以及在工业自动化领域独特的经验技术指导，在2-3年后为PIA提供具备全球化视野的精英工程师。

Cross-cultural (countries) training method is not only to train the people from the technical side, but also helping the engineer to have better study in the technology-leading country like Germany, Austria, USA, to have deeply understanding of “Industry 4.0”.

独一无二的跨国培训方式给予的不仅是技术方面的培训指导，更可以很好地让“菁英工程师”们更直观的了解德国、奥地利、美国等技术领先国家的工业理念，更加全方位的了解”工业4.0”。

After 2-3 months basic training, the “Elite Engineer” may have chance to go to the PIA Germany or PIA Austria to take the advanced training, PIA Group will invite industry experts as the tutor to train the engineers, meanwhile, there is also with high possibility to involve the muti-nation automation project.

通过国内2-3个月的基础培训和考核后，就有机会前往PIA 德国或者PIA奥地利进行更深入的培训，届时将有在自动化行业具备数十年经验的外籍工程师直接对“菁英工程师”进行培训，且同期更有机会参与跨国的自动化项目。

Qualification:

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or above degree, prefer major in mechanical or automation;

大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气自动化类专业；

2. 1-2 year working experiences, fresh graduate is also acceptable;

1-2年工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；

3. Outstanding English or German language skill;

具备出色的英语或德语听说读写能力；

4. Basic knowledge in ‘Industry 4.0’, be willing to do the work related to automation industry;

对工业4.0有一定的理解，并且愿意从事自动化行业相关工作；

5. Good communication skill and teamwork spirits.

具备良好的沟通能力，优秀的团队合作精神。
