Job Duties 岗位职责：

1、负责园所的教学管理工作，保持幼儿园日常运营，制定幼儿园教学相关各项计划、总结，对常规管理工作进行监督与指导；

Be responsible for the whole management jobs to have a good the daily operation job. Plans making,supervising and guiding the jobs of the kindergarten;

2、负责园所教育教学水平的管理与提高，对教师进行有针对性的指导与培训；

Be responsible for the management and improvement jobs of education teaching level and targeted training for our teachers;

3、负责园内教师队伍的建设管理，包括人员选拔、评估考核等；

Be responsible for the construction and management jobs of our teachers including selection and evaluation;

4、负责配合集团战略决策，执行幼儿园对外宣传、展示、互动等大型活动；

Be responsible for esxternal publicity jobs,presentation and interaction base on our group's strategic decision;

5、负责家长工作，建立、维护与家长良好的沟通渠道，确保家园共育；

Be responsible for building a good relationship with the parents;

6、负责配合完成集团分配的临时工作。

Be responsible for taking some temporary jobs from our group.

Job Requirements: 岗位需求：

1、35-45岁，具备5年以上高端幼儿园园长管理工作经历，有IB 园所管理经验 /懂IB的优先考虑；

35-45 years old,above 5 years working experience of high-end kindergarten and IB management;

2、本科以上学历，学前教育或教育学相关专业；英语听说能力佳；

Bachelor degree or above, major in pre-school education or other related pedagogy major with good English listening and speaking ability;

3、具备精良的专业知识和教研能力，具备幼教行业领先的教育教学理念；

With excellent professional knowledge and teaching&research skill with excellent advancing preschool education; 4、熟知国家幼教系统的各项法律法规要求；

Be familiar with the requirements of laws and regulations of the national preschool education system;

5、具备较强的对日常运营管理职责和流程的梳理能力；

Goodatleading,judging,organizating,executing, analysing and summarying with self-reflection;

6、有较强的领导能力、判断协调能力，组织执行能力，分析总结能力，自省与自我修正能力；

Strong leadership ability, judgment and coordination ability, organization and execution ability, analysis and summarization ability, self reflection and self correction ability;

7、具有幼儿园园长任职资格证书。

With certificate of qualification for kindergarten principal.
