职责描述：
1 科长岗位职责
车间主任对总经理/副总经理负责，在公司经理领导下，全面负责车间各项管理工作
The workshop director is in charge of the General Manager / deputy general manager. Under the leadership of the company manager, the workshop is responsible for the overall management of the workshop.
2 安全管理规定
按照既定政策、流程严格监督车间运作情况，排除安全隐患，确保车间运作符合安全规范
In accordance with established policies and procedures, strictly supervise the operation of the workshop, eliminate potential safety problems, and ensure the workshop operation in line with safety standards.
3 品质管理规定
在正常工作进度中负责车间的全面质量管理
Responsible for overall quality management in the workshop during the normal work schedule.
4 体系文件管理规定
保证本车间的一切生产行为完全按照生产管理文件规定进行
Ensure that all production activities in the workshop are carried out in accordance with the production management documents.
5 交办事项
积极完成上级及会议交待的临时性工作
Complete temporary work assigned by superior and meeting.

任职要求：
大学本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above
车辆工程、机械制造及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业
Major in vehicle engineering, mechanical manufacturing, automation, mechatronics, etc.
CET4及以上
CET4 and above
五年以上汽车行业工作经验
More than five years working experience in automotive industry
