技能，经验要求：

1.熟悉服装生产工艺和生产流程。

2.工作勤奋，严谨，专业

3.熟悉不同服装的要求，了解服装。

4.及时发现和分析问题的能力，良好的执行能力，熟悉多种办公软件（Work/Excel）。

5.熟悉服装生产技术和业务流程，了解针梭织面料及配件的质量要求和性能。

6.大专以上，至少2年工作经验，英语流利。

Position Responsibilities:

1.Checking the quality of fabrics, colors, patterns, etcthe when received samples from headquarters;

2.Responsible for viewing the clothing of different periods of production, and issue the appropriate inspection report;

3.Responsible for timely communication with factories, to understand the actual situation, solving problems in the production process;

4.Communication with designers, give advice and recommendations to the clothes;

5.Complete the tasks given by the designer.

6.Had the experiences for man garments.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1.Proficient in garment production scheduling and production processes;

2.Hard-working, rigorous, with good professional conduct;

3.Understand the requirements of various products of the plate, familiar with all kinds of garments;

4.Knowledge of quality control, good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

5.Good observing and analyzing ability,good execution ability, proficiency in a variety of office software(WORD / EXCEL);

6.Familiar with garment production technology and business processes, familiar with the performance and quality requirements of needle woven fabrics and accessories ;

7.College education or above, more than three years relevant experience, fluent in English.
