Responsibilities.职责

？ Shop floor layout includes material flow and information flow etc.

？ Production process layout for new projects (Eletronics manufacturing processes),

？ Production line time study,

？ Produciton work cell design and manual work design,

？ Simplify and optimize electronics assembly process to improve productivity.

？ Waste elimination for electronics assembly process.

Competencies 资格/能力:

? Demonstrated ability to improve productivity by providing solution to production lines.

? Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Education 教育程度:

Bachelor in Industrial engineering or mechanical related discipline

Experience 专业经验:

? TPS knowledge and application experience

? Lean 6 sigma skills and experience.

? 3 years experience in a Industrial Engineering in electronics manufacturing industry.

? Strong analytical, problem solving skills, such as: Cause and Effect, FMEA, DOE, Gage R&R, SPC, Kaizen, etc.
