I. Marketing and Public Relations

• Work closely with school principal to promote, develop, enhance and successfully establish school branding and marketing
• Manage the marketing and enrolment of the school in local community with a performance indicator of increasing enrolments.
• Handle all parents’ feedback, complaints and be the main point of contact to liaise and co-ordinate internal meetings and follow up investigations
• Handle all media relations for the school and liaise with appropriate media channels with the objective of promoting the school;
• Establish and maintain good government relations and ensure school meets all requirement from local laws and regulations

II. Administrative and Logistic Matters

• Manage school bus and staff bus and develop an efficient bus routes system
• Oversee school catering and canteen management
• Maintain and manage the feedback process with regards to school catering and bus services
• Supervise and coordinates cleaning works of Ayi and keep all campus in tidy
• Work closely with nurse to create a health safe environment to prevent potential risks
• Oversee security work to ensure campus in good order

• School and Training Center Licenses annual checks

• Support the Principal on daily operations, as required
