Job Description
上海市 浦东新区
PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Front desk reception, including answer calls, handle courier, welcome visitors and maintain record etc.,
  • Administrative support including, office supplies management, meeting room and meeting arrangement support, etc.,
  • Business travel support, including but not limited to hotel & air/train ticket booking, car arrangement etc.,
  • Shanghai employee’s visa application, and Shanghai visitor’s Invitation letter and other necessary support.
  • Employee attendance tracking etc.,
  • Work as the focal point of delivering invoice, supporting document between Shanghai office and Finance team.
  • Lead and manage Ayi, Driver, Safeguard etc., to maintain a safe, clean office environment.
  • Organize and support activities/employee outing as well as other benefit arrangement under guidance of supervisor.
  • Others as required

Requirements

1. College graduate

2. 2 years office administrative experience

3. Exposure to a multi-national company is preferred

4. Good communication skill and presence in work environment

5. Workable English and good PC skill

6. Willing to go extra mile toobtain good work result
