We are a well-known and influential film and entertainment companies in Asia. We are expanding our business into entertainment properties projects and looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our team.

Senior Interior Designer- Luxury hospitality / F&B projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise full set of design presentation including but not limited to space planning, conceptual design, sketches, material board and colour perspective drawings, technical drawings with practical details in construction
• Source for solutions and alternatives to materials and products to meet budget and/or time line
• Specify materials and furnishings including but not limited to lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and décor
• Provide accurate budget and timeline schedules for projects based on contractor and supplier quotes
• Develop and monitor a full scale project plan and working with the team and technical specialists to execute all new establishment / renovation projects from design inception to handover.
• Monitor and supervise the team to meet the project needs.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in designer position preferably in F&B / hospitality / complex developments
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature, FF&E and contractual documents
• Excellent interior design sense on high-end hotels and awareness of trends
• Proficiency in Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Words, Powerpoint, Excel)
• A good team player with strong management, communication, problem solving and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated and capable of handling assignment independently
• Good command in written and spoken English
