严格遵循园区管理模式和服务理念,遵守国家相关法律、法规,负责园区房务类(宾客接待,客房服务,车库管理、绿化保洁,洗衣房,安全保卫等)的整体运营和人才培养,确保高质量的对客服务标准和服务质量。
To be responsible for general operation and people management of Rooms (incl. front office, housekeeping, parking garage management, agriculture and horticulture, laundry management and security, etc.) via following the resort's management model and service mindset, and also the government's law and regulations strictly, which is to ensure the high level of service standards and quality
主要工作职责 / Main Tasks
1.根据园区管理运营模式和服务理念,制定园区房务类品牌发展规划(3-5年);
To build up the development plan of rooms branding (3-5 years) according to the resort management operation model and service mindset.
2.根据园区年度发展目标,负责年度园区房务类运营计划的制定、组织和实施;
To be responsible for the design, organization and implementation regarding the annual operation plan of rooms according to the annual development objective of the resort.
3.负责园区房类务日常服务质量监控,包括工作流程、服务标准和应急处理;
To be responsible for daily service quality monitoring, incl. but not limited to SOP, service standards and emergency response.
4.负责园区房务类服务规章制度建设,包括岗位职责、后勤保障和设备运维;
To be responsible for the establishment of service regulations and rules, incl. but not limited to job description, logistics service and equipment maintenance, etc.
5.负责园区房务类服务人员队伍建设,包括内部培训、岗位考核和团队建设;
To be responsible for people management, incl. but not limited to internal training, performance evaluation and team building, etc.
6.负责园区房务类服务水平创新发展,包括市场调研、能力提升和技术升级;
To be responsible for the creation and development of service level, incl. but not limited to market research, capability development and technology upgrading, etc.
7.负责协调园区内其他部门工作合力,包括人员调配、相互协作和公共关系;
To be responsible for coordinating the cooperation with other departments, incl. but not limited to leadership, collaboration, and people assignment, etc.
8定期汇报主管工作进展,执行公司绩效考核规定,完成交办的其他工作任务。
To report the progress on regular base, follow the performance management rules, and complete the other tasks
任职资格要求(教育水平、知识、技能、经验等)/ Qualification Required for the Position
1.酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业大专及以上学历,国籍不限;
Diploma and above with the major in Hospitality, Tourism Management or relevant majors, with no limitation to the nationality.
2.热爱文旅产业,尊崇用心服务,对中国特色小镇文旅项目创新发展有浓厚兴趣,致力于文旅产业服务品牌创建;
Have the passion about the industry of culture and entertainment. Be familiar with the industry policy, and have the strong interest of creative development regarding the culture and entertainment projects of Chinese small town. Be devoted to the creation of industry service branding.
3.人品端正,责任心强,热情主动,具有良好的服务意识;
Be of integrity, responsible, passionate and proactive. Have a good sense of service.
4.具有较强的执行力和团队管理能力,有创业精神者优先;
Have the solid capability of execution and management, with the entrepreneurship as a priority.
5. 具有良好的英语(或日语)交流能力者优先。
Good English (or Japanese) communication level as a priority.
