【職務說明】
SUMMARY
Acted as an subject matter expert, Individual is responsible to design, verify and support manufacturing
of high quality audio products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Translate product requirements into acoustic design options,
b) Select, specify, and evaluate transducers as necessary,
c) Evaluate design options through comprehensive computer modeling and extensive measurements
and critical listening on physical prototypes,
d) Closely co-operate with mechanical, systems, and DSP engineers to provide professional proposal
on the design,
e) Support manufacturing startup and continuous engineering,
f) Ensure the highest level of sound quality of the product,
g) Audio products performance evaluation, production test system setup and verification,
h) Support to optimize Audio performance with test engineer team for mass production,
i) Familiar with mechanical component testing methodology and specification
j) Support customers in performing technical analysis and design review
k) Stay updated of the latest technologies to provide competitive and cost effective solutions.
l) Follow the instructions from function manager or site manager.
m) Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations related to job responsibility.
n) Comply with company’s security policy.
o) Other duties assigned by function manager.
REQUIREMENTS
a) Bachelor Degree or Master degree in an appropriate technical discipline ( Acoustic, Electrical
Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Physicist, or Ph.D. preferred) or equivalent, and +5 years direct
working experiences.
b) Proven track record of designing high quality audio products, such as earphone, acoustic module
design for cell phone,
d) Methodical and scientific approach to any technical problem,
e) Good ergonomic knowledge for headphone,
f) Experience on Acoustic simulation, mechanics design experience is a plus,
g) Familiar with audio instruments and acoustic verification systems and methods,
h) Passion for sound quality,
i) Knowledge of electronic amplifier design, behavior and constraints is a plus
j) Self-motivated and possess the ability to drive tasks independently.
