Overseas-study Consultant (European and Asian countries)

工作职责：

1、提供专业留学规划服务及专家性建议，与客户建立良好的合作关系；

2、深入分析客户学习情况、留学意向、家庭背景等综合信息；

3、规划制定留学国家、院校、专业选择方案，形成清晰的规划报告和指引；

4、与签证顾问团队及文书团队保持紧密沟通，并实时跟踪管理留学申请流程；

5、与客户长期沟通，并不断完善优化留学申请方案；

6、参与公司各项大型学术活动，为公司市场资源提供专业信息支持；

7、持续自我学习与提升，了解留学政策、院校申请信息，更新专业知识体系；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，CET-4或以上，有良好的英文阅读能力；

2、较强的学习能力和主动学习意识，能够快速掌握留学行业专业知识体系；

3、具有优秀的沟通能力及工作素养，有较高的责任感和工作热情；

4、有较好的抗压性，能够适应专业销售工作的挑战与压力；

5、有日韩留学经历或留学行业工作经验优先；

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional overseas-study planning service and advice, and establish good cooperative relationship with customers;

2. Deeply analyze the learning condition, intentions, family background and some comprehensive information of customers;

3. Formulate plans for countries, universities, and majors of overseas-study to form clear planning reports and guidelines;

4. Keep in touch with visa consultants and essay translators; follow up and manage application process in real time;

5. Have a long-term communication with customers, and continuously optimize overseas-study application plans;

6. Participate in the company’s large-scale academic activities, and provide professional information support for company market resources;

7. Keep self-learning and promotion, understand study-abroad studies and application information of universities, and update professional knowledge hierarchy;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above; no major requirements; CET-4 or above; good English reading ability;

2. Strong learning ability and active learning awareness; be capable of grasping professional knowledge hierarchy in the overseas-study industry rapidly;

3. Excellent communication skills, good professional qualities, strong sense of responsibility, and abundant work enthusiasm;

4. Strong anti-pressure ability; adapt to challenges and pressure of marketing work;

5. Experience of studying in Korea or Japan, or working in overseas-study industry is preferred;
