Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of managing, guiding, developing and supporting the growth of our innovative and global data collection system for Worker Engagement and grievance mechanisms globally, including:
Partner Management:
Recruitment of new technology and in-country telephony and app partners
Manage individual accounts, ensuring for optimal operations balance with efficient use of funds
Develop tools and integrations with survey and helpline platforms to build upon and streamline processes for staff and clients
Platform Management:
Retain ownership and administrative duties for all managed partner platforms
Establish best practices and operating procedures for internal employees. Draft documentation, user guides, conduct trainings, etc.
Research and conduct due diligence on potential new platforms for data collection, providing a key Technical Operations viewpoint
Develop internal processes for monitoring and supporting growing data collection network with an aggressive turnaround on solving active issues and little downtime to network
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline
3-5 years of work experience
2+ years in a technical role: technical project/program assistant, sales engineer, support engineer, support lead, etc.
Strong technical skills with the use of SaaS platforms, REST APIs, Internet technology and networking
Self-Starter to pick up new technical terms plus concepts and put them to use
Telephony experience such as e1, pstn, VoIP, IVR, SMS
Experience in the development and use of Mobile Apps/Social Media/Messaging apps
Experience with data analysis in Excel and Python
Intermediate expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and templating languages
