您的工作职责是什么？

What are my responsibilities?

1、教授模型课，并管理资源：机器，泡沫/材料，油漆等申请。与工作室副经理一起教授初级和高级模型制作技能。执行所有设计练习和作业。

This position owns the model shop classes and manages resources: machines, foam / materials requisitioning, and painting resources. Teaching beginning and advanced model making skills through rigorous courses- in collaboration with Associate Studio Managers. Proving endless process demonstrations and motivation. Executing all design exercises and assignments.

2、帮助开发和执行所有课堂作业和评分。将重点关注所有新生和大二学生的课堂作业和评分。另外还负责教授3D打印模型的高级课程。

Help develop and execute all class assignments and grading. Primary focus will be given to all incoming Freshman and Sophomore students. Secondary focus will be given to advanced classes on 3D printed model finishing.

3、与其他教师协作，创建项目任务，管理工作负荷，提供指导。

Collaborate with other teachers and create assignments for projects, work load management and general mentorship.

4、向学生示范并培养良好的设计工作习惯时，并给以学生详细的设计支持。

Act as the primary influencer when promoting and demonstrating solid work habits. Helping students with detailed design support through execution.

What do I need to qualify this job?

1、掌握设计的整个过程，包括模型制作，CAD原型制作，模拟手绘技巧。

Exceptional knowledge of the complete design process; model making, CAD prototyping, to analog hand drawing skills.

2、透视图，颜色和表面开发的高级知识。

Advanced knowledge of perspective drawing, color, and surface development.

3、对品牌/图形技能的深刻理解。

Strong understanding of brand / graphics skills.

4、良好的人际交往能力; 用尊重，理解，耐心，灵活，礼貌等适当方式对待学生、家长和同事。

Great interpersonal skills; Empathetic, patient, flexible, and polite / proper attitude towards students, parents, and co-workers.
