您的工作职责是什么？

What are my responsibilities?

1、与工作室经理一起教授设计课程并进行设计演示，激励学生求学与创新。工作重点是最终的产品执行和完成 - 包括视觉效果。布置设计练习和作业。

Teach studio and skill courses alongside Studio Manager. Proving endless design demonstrations and inspiring motivation. Focus will be on final product execution and finishing- including visual presentations. Executing all design exercises and assignments.

2、共同开发并布置课堂作业并对作业评分。重点对象是大三和大四学生，但不仅限于此。

Co-develop and execute all class assignments and grading. Primary focus will be given, but not limited to, to Senior and Junior level students.

3、与其他教师协作，为所有项目和作业提供建议和指导。

Collaborate with other teachers and create input on all projects, assignment recommendations, and general mentorship.

4、作为协助大三大四学生项目最终完成的主要负责人。给予学生详细的设计支持。

Act as lead “finisher” across all Senior and Junior projects. Helping students with detailed design support through execution.

Exceptionally beautiful design aesthetic and advanced design / innovation knowledge.

2、具有先进的CAD建模，渲染和动画技能的知识。

Advanced knowledge of contemporary CAD modeling, rendering, and animation skills.

3、卓越的工业设计和品牌/图形技能。

Exceptional industrial design and brand / graphics skills.

4、良好的人际交往能力; 用尊重，理解，耐心，灵活，礼貌等适当方式对待学生、家长和同事。

Great interpersonal skills; Empathetic, patient, flexible, and polite / proper attitude towards students, parents, and co-workers.
