What are my responsibilities?

1、管理4个年级学生的日常活动。与其他教师一起安排所有设计练习和作业。

Manage all day to day activities across all 4 class levels. Establish all design exercises and assignments (with other teachers).

2、为所有级别学生的安排课堂作业并评分。重点是大三大四学生。

Establish and execute all class assignments and grading across all levels of students. Primary focus will be given to Senior and Junior level students.

3、管理教师团队和模型车间的所有资源。

Manage all model shop resources and faculty across all levels.

4、作为工作室的代表，与客户、业务合作伙伴和公司沟通联系，直接管理所有赞助项目。

Act as lead correspondent / representative with all clients, business partners, and companies for direct management of all sponsored projects.

您胜任这份工作所需的任职资格是什么？

What do I need to qualify this job?

1、10年以上工业产品设计专业设计经验。

10+ years of professional design experience.

2、有先进的设计和创新理念的人优先考虑。

Exceptionally beautiful design aesthetic and advanced design / innovation knowledge.

3、熟悉现代CAD建模和原型技术。

Advanced knowledge of contemporary CAD modeling and prototyping skills.

4、卓越的设计和品牌营销能力。

Exceptional design and brand marketing capabilities.

5、熟悉车间工艺、工具、涂装和材料加工。

Excellent knowledge of workshop process, tools, painting, and material finishing.

6、良好的人际交往能力; 以耐心，灵活和礼貌等适宜的方式对待学生，家长和同事。

Great interpersonal skills; Empathetic, patient, flexible, and polite / proper attitude towards students, parents, and co-workers.
