Job Purpose:
- To Provide high quality administrative support to the Medical Team.
- To ensure the doctors invited to various Medical conferences receive superb services in terms of preparation, logistics, follow-up, and Medical-Marketing coordination.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
Administrative Support
Arrange Intra-meeting systematically.
Business Calendar Maintain and execution.
New employee on board preparation and related policy training delivery.
Payment proceeding and tracking.
Other working documents and activities supporting to the whole team on request.
Medical Events arrangement
Delegate’s service and Meeting Managements.
Align with Brand Team to kick off Meeting
Preparation.
Together with Brand Team to service and resolve issues for each doctor invited.
Meeting SOP and Process monitoring with compliance.
Participates in the SOP of all kinds of conference implementation set up to enhance operations.
Provide on-site support in various conferences
Control the meeting budget during the whole meeting arrangement.
Event vendor management
Make adjustment in time with the feedback of meeting participates.
Regularly evaluate agency performance to improve service together with Purchasing.
Collect hotel information to establish venue database
Essential 必 需
1-2 years’ Admin/assistant experience or relevant secretarial working experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
- Team work and service minded.
Be able to travel extensively
Language ability 语 言 能 力
- Fluent in speaking and Writing English
Computer literacy 电 脑 知 识
Strong computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
