岗位职责:
1、 业绩管理:根据公司业绩目标制定部门业绩目标。制定业绩实现策略和阶段性销售目标,并推动目标达成;负责年度业务成本预算,跟培训部、人才管理部一起制定招生计划;
2、 销售管理:根据阶段性销售目标,有序进行客户开发、市场推广,并监督、指导、辅导下属达成个人销售目标;
3、 客户管理:围绕业绩实现,制定有针对性的客户开发和管理策略,并有效推进落实;负责培训课程的线上线下推广、异业合作,各渠道的开发、拓展和维护;负责培训课程推广活动的策划和组织实施;负责接待潜在学员,介绍培训课程,解答课程咨询等相关问题;
4、 团队管理:根据公司制度,负责本部门人员招聘面试、激励辅导、工作安排,持续提升下属及团队的产能;
5、 领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、 大专及以上学历,英语四级以上,读写听无障碍;
2、 具备3年及以上培训或类似公司工作经验;含2年及以上的销售管理工作经验; 优秀者可适当放宽管理经验年限;
3、 熟悉培训市场和培训业务,有一定的客户源,有清晰的培训业务的营销思路;
4、 优秀的创新学习能力、客户沟通能力、商务谈判能力和市场开拓能力;
5、 有强烈的事业心和创业精神,优异的团队协作精神,高度的责任感和抗压力;
6、 良好的职业素养及职业道德,高度的自律性和纪律性;
7、 具有行业销售经验或大型培训类公司工作经验者优先考虑;
8、 在第三方检测认证机构从事销售、客服人员优先考虑。

Job description:
1、 Performance management: Formulate the department performance objectives in line with the company performance objectives. Establish the performance implementation strategies and periodic sales targets, and promote in fulfilling goals; responsible for the annual sales cost budget, and work with training department and talents management department to formulate the enrollment plan.
2、 Sales management: Regularly conduct customer development and marketing promotion according to the periodic sales targets, and supervise, guide and coach subordinates to achieve personal sales goals.
3、 Customer management: Work out targeted customer development and management strategies centering on performance realization, and effectively promote implementation; responsible for the online and offline promotion of training courses, cooperation between different industries, as well as development, expansion and maintenance of various channels; responsible for the planning and implementation of training course promotion activities; responsible for receiving potential trainees, introducing training courses, explaining questions related to courses consultation.
4、 Team-building management: Responsible for recruitment interviews, incentive counseling, and work arrangements within department in accordance with the company policies, continuously improve the productivity of subordinates and team.
5、 The other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Job requirements:
1、 College degree or above, CET-4 or above, accessible to English reading, writing and listening.
2、 Have 3 years or above working experience in training or similar companies; 2 years or above sales management experience; excellent people can gain appropriate relaxation of management experience.
3、 Familiar with training market and sales, have certain customer sources, have clear marketing thoughts about training sales.
4、 Excellent innovative learning ability, customer communication ability, business negotiation ability and market development ability.
5、 Strong enterprising spirit, excellent teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility and resistance to pressure.
6、 Good professional accomplishment and ethics, high self-discipline and discipline.
7、 Having experience in sales or large training companies is preferred;
8、 Personnel engaged in sales and customer service in third-party testing and certification institutions are preferred.
