岗位职责：

Reading and Writing Enrichment Instructor

Sanli International is looking to fill full time and part time positions for a Reading and Writing Enrichment Instructor. Qualified candidates are experienced educators who are passionate about building close relationships with students through the pursuit of rigorous academic goals. Sanli International serves talented and highly motivated students looking for academic enrichment from instructors who can model expertise in a scholastic discipline, teach transferable skills applicable outside of a classroom, and prepare them for leadership and collaboration in international settings.

Teachers will be required to prepare lesson materials and activities to support students in English speaking, listening, reading and writing. Teachers will need to perform regular assessments of student progress as they build their skills toward a final cumulative product demonstrative of the skills they’ve acquired over the course of instruction. Classes meet on the weekends and evenings.

任职要求：

• >3 years of teaching experience in group settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university in a relevant field of study.
• Experience in curriculum and lesson plan design.
• Ability to apply knowledge of adolescent development(grades 6-10) in creating student-driven, individually tailored lesson plans and activities.
• Attentiveness to the particular learning needs of our specific student population.
• Willingness to design and execute curriculum as part of a teaching team.
