Essential Job Functions:

• 
  Showroom tour guide
• Assist managers to coordinate, from start to completion, multiple complex tasks related to coordination of customer events, showroom visits, seminars and/or training sessions
• Reserving conference rooms and seeing to proper room arrangement (setting up meeting rooms with snacks, drinks, etc.)
• Assist coordinating itineraries
• Preparing nametags, materials, notebooks, registration lists, seating cards etc. for special events by request
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining a neat area for all events
• Ensuring any special audio visual equipment is secured and working prior to the event
• Coordinate updates to the showroom and displays working closely with design and marketing
• Coordinating guests arrival, and make sure guests are greeted in a friendly manner.
• Assist badging process for visitors to ensure security of the building.
  

Job Requirements :

• 
  At least 1-year related experience coordinating an office, working as an administrative assistant or events planning in an office environment with experience managing multiple complex projects
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills, especially fluent English
• must maintain a positive and professional image with guests and across the organization
• Ability to maintain a neat, well organized workspace
• Possess a proactive approach to problem solving, actively seeking opportunities for improvement with solutions in mind
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
