Advanced Learning Experiences Manager (ALEM)/
Senior Student Development Officer (SSDO)

in Advanced Learning Experiences Division

To be responsible to the Executive Director for the effective management in planning and in leading, developing, monitoring and supervising the work of the division;

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent, an additional post-graduate certificate/diploma in education will be an advantage.

At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in student advising and development or with minimum 2 years at managerial level; experience in tertiary institution or NGOs is preferred.

Passionate in working with gifted students and eager to take up new challenges. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua will be an added advantage.

Candidates with less experience in related fields and preferably with managerial experience will be considered for the post of Senior Student Development Officer.
