Job Description
1. 每月保证拜访规定数量的目标客户和组织产品学术推广会 Conducting a required number of customer calls and product academic promotions every month; 2. 配合公司大型学术活动 Supporting the company’s large scale academic events; 3. 建立完善的客户管理体系,提高客户服务质量 Establishing a sound customer management system and improving customer service; 4. 及时、准确执行报告系统,及时汇报工作的进展 Execution of the reporting system in a timely and accurate manner, and timely reporting of work progress; 5. 及时反馈市场信息 Providing market intelligence in a timely manner; 6. 配合地区经理的协同拜访 Co-visiting customers with DSMs; 7. 完成地区经理或者大区经理指派的工作任务 Taking assignments from DSMs or ASMs; 8. 积极参与和推进合规项目,以身作则,传递合规文化。遵守所覆盖或拜访的医疗机构颁布的与医药代表或医药企业相关人员有关的规章制度 Active involving and facilitating of compliance projects; acting as a role model to create a compliance culture; compliance with policies and regu-lations effective in the medical institutions that applicable for the MR re-lated jobs or pharmaceutical businesses (高级销售代表, 产品专员及资深产品专员在上述职责的基础上要完成如下任务) (Besides the above said accountabilities, a (Senior)MR/ (Executive) Product Specialist shall also take the following responsibility.) 9. 协助地区经理给新入职的新代表熟悉客户、市场、公司报告系统及相关政策等进行帮助和辅导 Assisting DSMs to help and coach new MRs in familiarizing them with customers, the market, the company’s reporting system and relevant regulations
Minimum requirements
生物科学、医药卫生、化学化工相关专业,或培养方向与医药相关的其他专业(如管理学或市场营销(医药相关)),大专或以上学历 Majors in bioscience, medicine, pharmacy, public health, chemistry, chemical engineering or disciplines with medicine/pharmacy career orien 基本的口头英语表达能力 Basic English speaking Related work experience such as marketing, sales, etc.
