1. 熟练掌握热塑性弹性体产品和市场相关的本地和国际法规，确保产品合规和紧跟法规变化；

2. 成为内部和外部产品合规专家，处理产品合规相关问题和咨询；

3. 根据客户和市场的合规需求，提供产品合规专业支持和指导培训；

4. 根据法规要求或客户需求，协调安排产品合规测试，跟进测试结果并编译建档；

5. 建立和维护产品和市场的合规数据库；

6. 制定和标准化产品技术数据表, 产品使用安全说明和合规流程；

7. 其他指派的产品技术标准和合规工作。

a) Master local and international regulations and standards of TPEs and the related applications to ensure product compliance and follow regulation change;

b) Be a technical resource internally/externally of handling product compliance issues and enquires (e.g. UL, FDA, USP);

c) Provide product compliance service of a diverse nature; as needed, support business and product development functions with compliance information and guidance according to customers’ needs and regulatory requirements;

d) Coordinate product compliance testing as needed to satisfy regulatory requirements or customers’ needs; follow up testing results and compile into files;

e) Develop and administer compliance database;

f) Generate and standardize product technical datasheet, MSDS and compliance processes;

g) Other duties as assigned, e.g. compliance projects, processes or administrative work.

要求：

1. 化学、化工工程或高分子专业本科或以上学历；

2. 一年以上化工行业工作经验; 有产品合规工作经验更佳（如在产品合规部门或测试认证机构工作）；

3. 良好的跨部门沟通能力；

4. 对专业文献和法律法规具备快速阅读，分析和提炼能力；

5. 英语听读写能力优秀；

6. 熟练的办公软件操作能力。

Requirements:

a) Bachelor’s degree or above with chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer background;

b) More than 1 year’s working experience in chemical industry; working experience in compliance is preferred, e.g. work for testing lab or compliance agency;

c) Competent in interpreting / analyzing compliance literatures and regulations;

d) Excellent communication skills at all levels;

e) Ability to listen, read and write in English;

f) Ability to use Microsoft Office.
