工作职责:

1、根据公司制定的品牌和产品规划，协同相关部门制定与造型中心相关的各模块目标定义，据此制定内饰创意设计开发策略，并推进实施；

2、根据公司制定的品牌和产品规划，开展内饰创意设计趋势研究分析，目标人群分析，研究内饰创意设计家族化的中长期规划并实施，内饰零部件三化策略的编写及落实执行.

3、基于造型设计开发策略，按照产品开发流程，负责公司各系列车型的内饰创意设计，包含（概念车，全新量产车，迭代车型及零部件和细节）的造型创意设计、造型开发及管理；

4、根据主题效果图，协同造型中心各模块，负责相应设计方案在物理模型、数字模型阶段的设计质量控制；

5、负责外型整车及关键零部件开发流程体系建设，建立与相关科室和部门的协作机制；

4,According to the theme renderings, coordinate with relevant departments of the design center, responsible for the design quality control of the corresponding design scheme in the physical model and digital model stage;

5,Responsible for the construction of the development process system of the interior vehicle and key parts, and establish the cooperation mechanism with relevant departments .

任职资格:

1、学历：大学本科及以上

2、专业：汽车设计及工业设计类等相关专业

3、技能要求：熟练使用PS等二维渲染软件及表现能力，较强的手绘创意能力、练好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
