职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，雅思总分达7.5或以上，托福总分108或以上优先录取，或达到同等英语水平

2. 具备学术钻研精神，能积极探索国际先进的教学方法并应用于实践

3. 具备较好的服务意识,有较强的自我学习能力

4. 有一年或以上在英语国家留学或工作经历的优先

5.举止大方、形象气质佳。

IELTS/TOEFL Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Teaching TOFEL and IELTS;
• Preparing classes well prior to teaching and provide weekly teaching plan
• Class management and students’ work assessment
• Improving the quality of the students’ learning.

Requirements:

• Teaching credentials, Teacher License or TEFL/ TESOL certificate(not required but preferred)
• BA degree with 2 or more years teaching experience, Master or above
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a diverse team;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Positive attitude;

Preferred Requirements

• High standardized testing scores

Salary Package: Basic Salary plus Attractive Commission.
