1. 大专及以上学历；

Job Description

Invisalign Technician perform functions associated with all areas equipment, process and training. Responsible for equipment troubleshooting, prevent maintenance, sustaining and spares. In addition, Invisalign Technician is responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in production line. The Invisalign Technician may be responsible for the buddy, trainer and certifier levels. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new work.

Requirements

Education

• College degree or above in Mechanical/Automation/Electro-Mechanical Engineering;

Technical career or equivalent

• Have both electrical and mechanical knowledge including PLC technology & Electrical system & Pneudraulic machine driving system;

3 years or above experience in similar position;

• Pneumatics
• Understanding of pneumatic diagrams;
• Troubleshoot of pneumatic systems;
• Electronics
• Understanding of electronic diagrams;
• Troubleshoot of electronic systems;
• Ability to read PLC diagrams;
• Basic knowledge or PLC programming (Siemens or Allen Bradley);
• Mechanical
• Use of mechanical tools;
• Use of caliper and measuring tools;
• Desirable technical skill
• Leaser system knowledge & adjustment;
• Vision Systems;
• Robotics;
• CNC;
• Molding;
• Experience in controlling processes with tight tolerances;

Others

• Used to working under pressure
• Good Team work;
• Experience working with production, quality and engineering departments;
• Communicate effectively at all levels orally and in writing;
• Ability to communicate effectively with 40% spoken English is desirable;
• Ability to 60% read and write in English;
• Availability to work special night shifts (12 hrs) and / or weekend;
