As we’re already having a bunch of successful clients from China, we’ve started hiring for International Multilingual Talent Acquisition Manager (Russian speaker with fluent Chinese), to help us achieve the supposed expansion. We’re looking for someone to come in and own the recruiting processes to help us make some essential hires and launch the Shanghai office itself.


Your Competency Profile:

  • Is proficient in oral and written Chinese (HSK5) and Russian (C1+) languages;
  • Is an active listener who asks clarifying question to make sure they are on the same page with the other party;
  • Is a quick learner and applies new knowledge in work, quickly adapts to change and tries out new approaches;
  • Never stops looking for new technology that can improve the quality of and speed up work processes;
  • Can quickly switch between tasks and fully embraces the importance and meaningfulness of what they are doing.


Would Be a Plus:

  • Knows the full cycle of recruitment and sourcing channels;
  • Experience delivering the end-to-end recruiting process is required;
  • Expertise in developing a competencies profile and turning it into assessment approaches in particular.
  • Experience in doing competency-based interviews;
  • Experience working with ATS (e.g., we're using Lever).


Your Expected Outcomes:

  • We do not have requirements on the mandatory position fill rate since we are ready to look for our A-players thoroughly and this can be a long process, but we track other criteria: number of outreach candidates, amount of candidates completing the test task, issues with the funnel and more;
  • Successfully manage 2-4 recruitment projects simultaneously;
  • Adding only the best experts on the market to the funnel of candidates. We do not make decisions until we make sure that our funnel is broad enough and we are going to select between the best candidates only;
  • Quality recruitment process management with the use of Lever and communication with hiring managers.
