The Rockwell Automation Connected Services business intends to expand its Remote Support and Monitoring business in the Asia Pacific region. This expansion will consist of creating a state of the art Contact and Remote Monitoring center in the existing Rockwell Automation Dalian facility. This facility will serve as a showcase for potential and existing customers to demonstrate our capabilities and our presence in China. This center will become a showcase to demonstrate Rockwell Automations Connected Enterprise strategy including advances made in IOT and Cloud based analytics technologies. With the use of these state of the art technologies, this center will become a strategic center that will provide 24x7x365 support and remote monitoring services to customers in China.
This Headcount request is to support the population of the new center in Dalian.
This technical support lead engineer will support customer's (Network Security and Service) NSS's products Microsoft/ 思科产品and applications.

NSS support service is new scope of work for NSS china. The NSS order rapid increased in the past year. This position is very important for improve NSS business in china. This engineer also support customer's VSE's applications.
