- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and negotiations related to labor rights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with labor unions, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Prepare reports, policy briefs, and advocacy materials to inform and influence stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Rights, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in labor rights advocacy, policy development, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and international labor standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
- A strong commitment to social justice and workers' rights.
