2. Assist Hospital CEO to formulate the strategic plan for hospital development, establish the hospital’s annual goals & objectives, the action plan, budget plan and implementation of the cost assessment.
协助院长制定医院建设和发展战略规划,确立医院年度发展目标、实施计划、预算方案及全成本考核的有效落实
3. In line with Group’s marketing and development strategy, work closely with CEO to develop the hospital marketing plan, establish and maintain a smooth communication channel between hospitals and government agencies, business relations units, financial institutions and the media. Actively carry out social public relations activities in the hospital and establish a good hospital branding.
根据集团市场战略,不断开拓医院业务,协助院长建立和维持医院与政府机构、业务关联单位、金融机构、媒体等顺畅的沟通渠道,积极开展医院的社会公共关系活动,树立良好的医院形象。
4. Take active role in hospital construction programs, especially hospital facility related aspects, to make sure the planning, design, construction, internal decoration…. works are put patient safety into consideration based on JCI requirements from hospital facility management perspective.
在机构设计,建设装修装饰等工作过程中担当重要的角色,确保所有项目的工作,尤其在与后勤相关的部分参照JCI的要求达成以病患为中心。
5. According to the principle of centralized purchasing, give out the support, collaboration and improve supply chain management through practice.
根据集团集中采购原则,工作中积极支持,合作和帮助完善集团供应链管理。
6. According to the requirements of the Group for information construction of various projects, continuously improve the level of hospital information management and work efficiency.
根据集团对各项目信息化建设的要求,不断提高医院信息管理水平和工作效率。
7. Organize and supervise the safety of the hospital construction and future operation work to ensure the normal operation of the hospital.
组织督导医院的安全工作,保障医院建设和未来支持一线工作的正常运营。
8. Organize and supervise departments and other stake holders to complete all the work objectives, targets and tasks within the scope of their responsibilities, and ensure the orderly and effective management of various tasks.
组织并督促部门以及工作关联人员完成职责范围内的各项工作目标、指标和任务,确保各项工作的有序开展和有效管理。
9. Responsible for the construction of the staff team, put forward and examine the staffing, training and examination opinions of the departments.
负责分管科室的员工队伍建设,提出和审核下属各科室的人员调配、培训和考核意见。
10. Fully responsible for personnel development and training proposal, conduct operations management, planning and implementation of satisfaction surveys. Coordinate and handle major incidents, propose solutions to the programs.
全面负责团队人员培训和个人发展的规划,提升运营管理,计划并实施满意度调查,协调处理重大突发事件,并提出解决意见和方案。
11. Design and review logistic outsourcing projects, negotiate outsourcing intentional agreements. Propose specific cooperation programs, inspect, supervise and evaluate outsourced projects.
设计并审核后勤外包项目,洽谈外包意向性协议,提出具体合作方案,并对已经外包的项目进行检查、监督和考核。
