主要職責 技術員需向維修管工負責及匯報，其職責如下： 按工作計劃及指引，執行維修隊的各項工作； 執行維修管工所委派的維修保養工作；包括電力、水務、渠務、木工及泥水事項；以及有關設備/系統之日常及例行維修保養工程，定期檢查，維修及更換，維護所有器材、工具及機器的良好操作，包括屋宇設備管埋系統(BMS) 、電力、冷氣、機械、消防、水泵、閉路電視、停車場閘機、門控、保安、升降機、熱水爐、廚房爐具、大廈廣播、天線、對講及視聽音響、等設備/系統裝置及設備，確保學院內以及所有訓練場地正常運作； 例行檢查所有電器裝置，安全系統及樓宇設施，確保符合法例要求及操作指引，並向上司報告任何損壞； 協助維修管工，監督由外判公司處理的維修保養工作； 執行特別項目及大型節目的特定工作；負責活動設備配合及技術支援，包括提供專業攝影服務、專業技術、器材及燈光控制； 於惡劣天氣如發出颱風及雷暴警告時或取消警告後，提供緊急支援服務；及 履行由上司所指派的任何適當工作，包括處理緊急維修工作在內。   申請資格 中五或以上教育程度； 二年或以上電力裝置、中央空調、供水排水系統或屋宇設備之維修保養相關工作經驗； 持有有效電業工...
